I stopped Pest Control Service at the end of 2019 because I have sold my home. Your email and mailer reminders for scheduling were very helpful. The technician always showed up when scheduled, was courteous and provided great service. Online payment did not work well at all though. I had to call and provide credit card payment over the phone for each payment. Would have been more convenient to allow on-line bill pay, but was never able to get that to work properly. I was very pleased with the men that came to my home, one inspected it and the other treated the problem. Both were quick and clean.
It was effortless, quick, clean. The tech. was quick and thorough, courteous, personable and went beyond what was required.
We've been Ecola customers for 6 years. Previously, we had to battle ant invasions three or four times a year, but Ecola has been 100% successful in dealing with this constant issue. Ants are no longer a problem. I also no longer have cobwebs in corners of the ceiling that are inaccessible and seldom see insects anywhere in our home. Your Tech never showed up!
First of all, the inspector Andrew Williamson was very professional when he came to our residence in order to sign the contract. The service was schedule for Thurs. July 22, 2021. We made arrangements with our schedule at work in order to wait for John, the technician who was going to provide the termite control service. The same day, Thursday 7/22/2021, we got a call from Ecola rep stating that we needed to re-schedule the appointment, and my husband said that we needed the service anymore because it created an inconvenienc... read more
