Glbert, the inspector, was efficient, respectful and courteous. The only concern I have is that I have not yet received a copy of the report to date (it has been 8 days since the inspection). Hopefully, it will be coming soon.
Have used Ecola for several years. Gilbert has been my termite inspector several times and is always efficient. We started with the thermal treatment for the attic area, local treatment elsewhere and have had yearly inspections since. These usually require local treatment but no one has tried to oversell me.
