The gentlemen who came to my house were personable and professional and did their job in a timely manner and made sure that they left my home clean and orderly.

The Ecola team of 2 came out the first time and were professional and efficient as they worked inside my home to treat the termite problem. Then about a week later I found some droppings outside the house that were not there the week before, so i called to report it. They promptly returned and the second team was just as professional - and extra meticulous to correct the newly found problem. I was very impressed with their response and attentiveness. Thank you!
Great customer service from the guys that come out on the property. The office staff can be unfriendly at times and talk very rude. I now ask for Kila because she is the one person I talk to since she is very friendly and has great customer service. Now that they are paperless I am having to constantly ask for the invoice or work order. I called for a copy for 1 week and as of today I still don't have it.
Seth arrived within 3 hours of our call, and thoroughly exterminated the invasion of ants.
Your company treats our properties for termite and insect control. Whenever we schedule an appointment your technicians are always on time, friendly and respectful. In addition, they take time to explain procedures being done.
From speaking with representatives on phone to Moses doing the job, I was very pleased.
