This visit was excellent. But months before I had called about checking where I had treatments earlier but couldn't tell whether there was new damage and was told it was old damage, no current problem. When the technician came on June 20 he told me there was signs of termites around that door I was concerned with and found several other areas infected. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Carlos was friendly, careful & kept things clean. He went overboard in explaining and completing the work. The treatment had very little smell.
