The workers arrived on time. They explained what was going to happen and how long it will take. We asked questions related to chemicals that were going to be used and how they would work. They answered all our questions. They did a great clean-up and they explained again what would be a followup in a year. The workers were respectful and knowledgeable. Great Job!
Robert has gone above and beyond in regards to the rodent exclusion service we had done for the house. He is a conscientious and tireless hard worker. The work he does is exceptional and neat. God bless him for making our house rodent proof and giving us peace of mind!!!

I had the yearly termite inspection done during my contract renewal. I have been having many crickets in my house, so I called to have my house treated to get rid of the crickets. I paid an additional fee for this service. I still have crickets in my house, so whatever was done to treat the house has not been working.
The technician that came here to perform my Ecola treatment was very knowledgeable, courteous, on time and explained every treatment he was performing. I would recommend this service and company to all my friend and or coworkers that are looking for a termite service. Thank you so much for the piece of mind that I now have after doing the Ecola treatment and know that my pets and I are safe from harsh chemicals.
