I've been using Ecola Termite for bi-monthly pest and rodent control services for over 3 years now. I've also used them for some spot termite control as well on two separate occasions. Very satisfied with the service. Their techs are very friendly and do a great job. A real professional company.
The most important part of any business is customer satisfaction, which is always easy when things go smoothly. It is when things don't go smoothly that you truly learn about a company and how they prioritize their customers. I hired Ecola for a pest removal and although we ran into some problems along the way, the pest problem was resolved as agreed upon.
