Have not seen any bug droppings since
We're on a termite plan and have been for years. We called you with an acute problem. Termites were swarming in our master bathroom and spreading into to other areas of our house. We had to beg to get someone out quickly. The first tech treated one area but said he needed to come back with and e-gun. The next week the second tech came out with the e-gun but said it wouldn't help. We had to beg him to use the e-gun - at least try something. He did and it made a difference. On more than one occasion I have been advised Office staff will call me back, but it doesn't happen. I have to follow up to get a response.
Shaun comes to the house quarterly to treat for any pests we are seeing. At first they treated inside and out but now everything is under control so they just have to treat outside. If something comes up they will treat indoors too. We found termites so they treated for that and we purchased a 3 year protection plan and they come out once a year to inspect and treat if needed at no extra charge. I assume the technician did everything he said he did on the report; I don't follow him around. Have only one complaint (if one can all it that); there are (3) gates the technician has to use on the property, and when he had completed inspection all of the gates were left unclosed.
Job not done, ask money first

My experience has been less than positive. I have been waiting since October 16th for results of an inspection. I have called several times with no response. After years of positive service I can only say my experience has been less than positive.
My husband was very upset that Roger refused to wear a mask when talking with us. He wants us to get another technician for our monthly service. Roberto, who spot treated us for termites - was terrific.
