As I tell everyone, with Ecola Pest Control, I haven't seen one spider in my home in almost 4 years! Thank you (I hate spiders!!!!!)
Never climbed under house said isolated infestation which was incorrect. Overpriced - quoted 1150.00 to treat areas. Rented for1200.00 termites all over. Stop emailing me.
Numerous times over the last several years only one man is sent to this job when it takes two to reach the high ceilings therefore I needed to reschedule again and again. Over the weekend we fumigated the house. They told me that I would have the all clear by 12 noon so I told them I would be here at 11AM. I have been using Ecola for over 30 years (heat treatment to kill the termites). Ecola keeps getting better. The termites are terminated every year with my Ecola service plan. Finally completed the identified termite damage repair this month.
I have cancelled the service
As usual top notch professional service.
What could I say, They came, They did their job,They left. All the worker were clean and friendly. Now here is the problem, nobody ask me for any money, I had to call them.
Called in almost everytime we have a service. Have specific instructions on file that is never followed. Always hoping the "next time" will be different.
