Workers arrived on time and did their work efficiently
They cleaned the areas they worked on very well. Very respectful.
Inspector was very thorough. He found several infestation points, treated them and cleaned up after the service. The inspector was friendly and pleasant. He wore booties when walking on the carpet. Very nice and very informative. Thank you.
When my wife and I bought our house, the sellers arranged for a termite inspection. The inspector crawled into the attic and told us that he found numerous termite wings and that the house would have to be tented. But something about him made us question his honesty. We called ECOLA. Their inspector looked at the attic and told us that there was no evidence of termites, no termite wings. So, we had ECOLA put borate in the attic to repel any future termites. The employee that came to my home did an excellent job explaining procedures and the bugs I have a problem with. He obviously enjoys his job as he was through and very efficient.
I am very pleased with Roberto Hernandez's inspection and report. He took extra time to inspect my property and explain were there were problem areas and where he applied treatment. He was always professional and courteous to me. He took the time to let me know all the areas were he found activity and then treated those areas.
Robert was courteous, thorough, and answered any questions i had.
I always request Joe to do my annual inspection. He’s so kind and friendly and does a thorough job. He answers my questions and gives suggestions for any issues I may have.
