Hector was terrific. Our problems last we longer than I had hoped, but we finally eradicated them.
ok, however one little bug got through
Lenny, my technician is terrific. He always looks at the problem and asks why do the gophers come back as they do and looks to solve the problem. As for the office staff, there are times when I call the office the young ladies are overwhelmed with work I do not have a chance to get my full message across, I have to call back and get another person to get my problem solved. Sometimes though you folks do not answer the phone. but when you do it takes a couple of calls to get my problem solved.
