Every single time I have the service everything is always done really well. Everything is sprayed, all of the eves and light fixtures are dusted and I know that my home is well protected. I always receive A ++ customer service. The technicians are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. Bravo!
Always pleased with service
Everyone came as expected. The house was tented and removed as I was told. Did see a green flying termite inside the next day but it may have flown in from outside. Overall good experience.
I was very please with Omari, he is very professional. I know that I'm in good hands and that property is well taking care off.
The estimator was on time, very personable but, most importantly, was very thorough. The technicians were running late and didn't call right away. I had to call them because I had to leave to get kids. The service rep called them and told them to wait until I arrived back. It worked out okay. Once there, they were efficient and explained all they'd do and did it. Our home was not tented.
Our serviceman, Montiel was very nice, explaining what he was doing and why. He gave us thorough instructions on how to prep for his services, and to be sure not to wipe clean the product he put down. The product had a sweet smell but did not bother us at all, so glad no poisons were used that could ultimately sicken us. Didn't see a cockroach at all for 2+ weeks, but have caught a few since on sticky pads, so will have Montiel come back. Thanks.
I was not there for inspection but my wife thought it went well.
I think you did great, I was surprised that you said you could reach in the rafter(s) as most of mine are clear/empty....an open area with very few things. Vivian
