I was happy with the inspection process. Omari identified several areas I had missed . I appreciated his thoroughness.
We had not had an inspection in 30+ years so we were nervous. Ben came in dragged his ladder around and looked at everything. He said we were lucky, not much to treat. I told him we were replacing the roof, he said he would come look at the rafters at the tear down. Set that up with him. Greatly appreciated.
Professional, courteous, easy to schedule an appt. Best part, if they do find termites, you and your pets stay in the home and not the ordeal of packing up all the food items and leaving for 3-4 days
Always a great experience with Ecola. My usual Technician is named "Omari" and he's exceptionally professional. Keeps my house safe from termites and I greatly appreciate the job he does!
First of all, it was easy to make an appointment and then Ecola kept the appointment. Second, Ecola does not make their money by doing repairs like the other pest control companies do, so I have greater trust in Ecola as far as eradicating the pests. Ben took his time and explained everything to us fully. As far as the two men who applied the chemicals, they were extremely courteous and did an awesome job! Inspectors did a thorough job and the person who performed the treatment work was also thorough and professional. I was disappointed that I had not received the inspection report in advance of the work being performed.
Ben was the inspector we worked with. He was exceptional. He was quick to respond to all our questions and was prompt in getting reports to us for our escrow. The technicians were also professional and did a thorough job. We had used Ecola several years ago and they did such a great job we decided to use them again. We will definitely use them again and again.
We have had Ecola since we bought our condo to battle termites. Unfortunately for us we are in an attached condo so unable to tent. We have the BEST technician in Omari! He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and a super nice guy. I always ask for him as he knows this property well and we really like and trust him. I have a contract and it is well worth it as he comes to battle for us usually twice a year. Thanks to Omari and his expertise the problem is under control today. The Weber family
