Ben Taylor was fantastic from start to finish. I had spoken to Ben, a couple of years ago about a second property, and I had been impressed by his professional approach to our home. Ben was great and the techs were awesome.. These three should get a bonus in pay or a pay raise. This is what I am talking about, great people will give the customer great service. A definite thumbs up for all three of these guys. Bottom line, I was taken care of!
Omari has been here a few times, I think he does the best job of giving a through inspection. an easy manner and good communication skills. Javier has been here as well for some spot work and I like him as well.

On time, COVID appropriate, friendly, not messy And no reoccurring issues.
Samaya, as usual was good with feedback. Always courteous and professional. Had on proper PPE and maintained social distancing. Told me what he found in bait traps and what he replaced. Excellent job!!
It’s hard to say. While the sales rep was great, as were the technicians, there has no follow up after the service. I would appreciate a review after the procedure to ensure it was done correctly. A lack of follow up disappoints me. They were more expensive than others so expecting a little more. Steve
