After my initial inspection, it was recommended that my attic be sprayed with a borate for prevention. The gentleman who showed up to spray was very pleasant, respectful and efficient. He was able to complete the job in about 2 hours. Cleaned up after himself. Hopefully this will be sufficient to keep termites out of the attic for the time being. Very pleased with my service from Ecola and would recommend them.

You were fair and honest in resolving our concerns
Shemiah did a great job of taking care of our bug problem. He was knowledgeable and professional. Once the Central Office got the scheduling straight, he was prompt and good at keeping us up to date on his schedule. We were able to plan ahead for both the primary visit and the follow up visit. We look forward to a continuing relationship with Ecola.

What I really like about their service is the focus on non-chemical alternatives. They have always done a very thorough and professional job. We still keep our home on their maintenance program and it gives us a lot of peace of mind knowing our investment is protected from those little critters. One less thing to worry about..
People were friendly and knowledgeable. Work was done in timely manner. Glad to have non-toxic options for termites.
Luke was informative and courteous. We came by Wed to see how it looked and were surprised to see brick trim removed and dirt in several places, but when we came home Thurs everything was cleaned up and back in place. My daughter had her place done a few months back, don't know by whom, and she said there was quite a smell. There was no smell here at all. Appreciate your efficient service, Ben and Luke. Ben was great. Thanks for a job well done!!
