I appreciate the eco option, the flexibility to change or add treatments each time in order to match the incidence of ants - as that is the reason I needed exterminating.
A new guy came and it seems like we’ve had a new guy every month. The last ‘real’ guy was with us for a few years - he was and still is a great guy! With the new guy, we’re willing to be patient.

They arrived on time and did the job quickly and professionally. They kept us informed throughout the processed. Lorna was very knowledgeable and informative during the inspection and quoting process and she gave us a very competitive quote. Overall we are giving Ecola a 5 star rating.
All personnel I dealt with, the initial inspector (Nick Karalis), technician (Anthony), office staff, were very informative and explained everything thoroughly and in laymen's terms. The estimated arrival times were met each and every time. All around, it was a very pleasant experience and I will certainly deal with Ecola Termite again.
