Since they guarantee their work, calling them back for spot treatments is hassle free and handled with a smile. Reno has been doing a great job and he was extremely professional and accommodating.
The technicians broight the old inspection sheet instead of the current one so i'm not sure if they did treated the right area where the inspector saw the termites. They just called their office to find out where really is the area to be treated.
