We have been with ECOLA for about 20 years and have been very pleased with the service. We love Joe, who has inspected our home for 20 years. His inspections are very thorough. He is very neat and considerate and is like a good friend. We highly recommend ECOLA.
Courteous and listen and not pushy on the sell enjoyed the people on the phone call and the person that did the service.
Ecola is a great example of service. Call in - its easy! Set a date and they will be there! Further, they always ask about any particular needs you have and those will get taken care of. Lastly, all that they do works and is safe for the family.
I had gotten paranoid about the rats all around me, to the point, I thought I saw one run across my kitchen floor. It was my imagination. I had killed 3 with poison, which Canaan taught me was the wrong thing to do. Canaan was amazing!!! Very professional, & a perfect gentleman, & very knowledgeable, about what he does. Now I would like an estimate to see how much it would be to get rid of the termites who have made my home their breakfast, lunch & dinner? Canaan needs a raise for being ugh an excellent employee. I could not have been more satisfied. My inspection took place in two days, the quote for services required were done on the spot during the inspection. The price was fair. The technicians were courteous, and the work was done in a timely fashion. After a horrific experience with a pest control service with a “T” in the name it was refreshing to deal with an honest company.
The person who you sent out was pleasant, hard-working and seemed to know his stuff.
