Experience was good. Crew had equipment failure on first visit and some miscommunication with regard to original estimate and treatment plan. Effectiveness: time will tell. So far, so good.

The inspectors always show up on time and within the window they promised, and call ahead when they are on their way. They are clean and courteous and clean up the premises after performing any treatments on the house. They work in a professional manner and are willing to answer any questions you might have.
The interview and explanation session was very thorough and the agent from Ecola was very encouraging. The team came when they said they would and I'm assuming all the termites have died and gone to termite heaven - or wherever,
I am very happy with the service and the care in which it was dome with.
