I get a kick out of Reno when he comes by once a month. He is very friendly and I enjoy talking to him. He is very knowledgeable about the rat problem and usually has a recommendation on where to relocate the traps to so they are more effective. He always has good advice about removing a food source or habitat area for the rats. He is always in a cheerful mood. I will stay with ecola. Jim Dodd
