We have been using Ecola services for some time..The service for the last 2 years has been better than before that time. I think it may have to do with change in personnel. Anyhow, the ecola reps have been on time, spent sufficient enough time ( close to an hour) , given specific feedback and are courteous.

Everyone from Ecola was courteous and professional. David Williamson was especially helpful as he came out to our house to inspect. He gave us a clear explanation of what needed to be done, and the work was scheduled asap. Jaime "Junior" and Moses the pest techs also did a good job being thorough and fast. We are very pleased with the results.

Scheduling annual inspection as well as treatment at any time was never a problem! The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable; they use specific treatments for different locations. It is also very important that they update their treatment methods and agents continually as they are developed.
