I've employed the annual inspection for over 10 years. Inspection team is always thorough. So Cal is termite country. As needed, repairs are scheduled, team arrives on time, work is completed quickly. I've never been displeased. Very customer focused.

The tech who came out was very thorough in his investigation of our problem. He did much more investigating than other companies did!He did a good job sealing up rodent entry points and also was very conscientious about setting up traps and bait stations.He was very knowledgeable about rodent behavior and also answered our questions and concerns. The tech was very personable as well.
