All of the servicemen - Nick, Jesse, and a third whose name I don't recall - were polite, helpful, and efficient: I appreciated that! I liked the fact that the treatment did not include dangerous chemicals, and that it took less than two hours. When I had a concern about what I thought were termites still on my windowsill, the return visit was prompt, no problem. And I was relieved to learn those pests were not termites and easily disposed of. Thank you!
