The Ecola person came to our house as scheduled and performed the fumigation and explained to us that if we saw roaches we could call and schedule another appointment. We saw some roaches on the opposite end of the house, so we called and Ecola will come again next Tuesday 8-30-16 for that side of the house.

you showed up when I needed you, and every time I have problems with termites and I call you came right out and fix the problem.
Might have been a 5-star review if the following were different: 1. long wait time for an appointment to spot treat (6 days). 2. Day before and day of the appointment, I got calls asking if I could move it earlier - difficult since I already made arrangements at work to take the afternoon off. I appreciate the call the day before, but since I already explained I couldn't swap morning for afternoon, why call me at work the next day and ask the same thing? 3. Ben was the inspector. It was easy for him to find the termites. We need to be tented. With in two weeks we were tented & cleaned up thank you Ecola
