I would highly recommend Ecola Termite & Pest Control Services. I live in a habitat for a variety of wildlife, especially rats. I had tried for years to battle the problem and finally contacted Ecola. They came out when they said they would and repaired much of the damage the rats had done and now come and provide service each month. Great service and product!
We've been Ecola customers for many years after first meeting them at the Eco Expo in downtown LA and learning that deadly toxic treatments were not the only way to deal with termites. At first, we were fascinated wit the electrogun technique because we needed to have a couple of different infestations removed from our all-wood house and we also couldn't schedule the old-fashioned tenting-and-go-away approach. Professional, friendly and they are kid and pet safe
Shawn was/is great. Fantastic job. The one thing I would comment on is I paid for service on the initial visit. Since then I've received three notices to pay. That is annoying. If there's a way to get the appropriate departments to speak with each other to sure up the billing would make the Experience better
I have been using your service for over 8 years and have been thrilled. I am in charge or a large church with 30' ceilings and tasty wood beams. Also, other areas where termites have found there way into our foundations. I also call for trips tp my house. The field staff are highly trained and have sent those termites packing. I appreciate that they are willing to educate me as they move along. Now I know the difference between sand and termite debris.
