Ecola's service was efficient and non-intrusive. We appreciated the safety and care given in the choice of non-toxic pesticides used. Workers were polite and very considerate
I have had an Ecola service contract for a number of years. The inspector this time, was MUCH more thorough, and made recommendations I wish I had been given when my initial inspection was done long ago. I probably wouldn't have incurred some of the damage that this inspector found.
Richard was very friendly! This was the first time he had inspected our home, as we'd never met him before. He even came in the house, which was also a first. We were a bit uncomfortable with that, since Santa Maria has quite a few burglaries, we don't ordinarily have people we don't know in our home. But, otherwise, it went well. Also, he put the inspection sticker on our hot water tank, also, another first, as your inspectors don't usually put a sticker on our home anywhere! On time and thorough..
Good morning, crew showed up on time I was told, very friendly and took no time and they were gone. When they returned, were very quiet, took tent down and cleaned up in short time. No damage of any kind to roof, yard or fencing. Thanks again, very happy with service. Regards
I was happy to have the Ecola handle our termite problem in both our home and rental. I was pleased that dangerous chemicals didn't have to be used.
These two gentlemen were on time, efficient, pleasant and clearly so knowledgeable about their craft that they did a fine job of explaining what it was they were doing and why.
