Joseph was very thorough with his inspection,. He checked every area and all decks, exterior and spaces with exposed wood in unfinished rooms under the house. I appreciate his thoroughness, and helpful suggestions too. Thank you for sending such a quality, caring inspector.
Pat was able to diagnose the problem. He did an initial treatment in our bedrooms and bathroom. He stated that he would contact us to schedule treatment for our living room & dining room. He was thorough and courteous. We are awaiting his call to schedule the follow up treatment(s).
Joe is always a delight to talk to! He does a very thorough inspection every time. We always request him for our inspections. He gives us a report verbally as well as the write up. If there are any trouble spots, he immediately treats them and informs us.
He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional.
