We found termites in a couple of window frames. Ecola honored their service guarantee without question. We needed quick termite treatment so that our painters, who discovered the termite activity could finish their work. Ecola was able to schedule expedited service. It seems like the treatments were successful.

the employee was professional and appeared thorough. There was additional work to be done and he said they would come back to do it. to date I have not been informed regarding the additional work. That is my only complaint.

The inspector is very thorough and what I love about him is that he is vigilant when it comes to matters of dry rot. He feels about dry rot the way Captain Ahab feels about the white whale - and this is good.
