always on time, friendly, house is protected, never see any ants, termites, rodents etc.
For the most part Ecola has been a very good addition to our household protection ‘systems.’ Lately, however, the quality of the inspection service seems to have diminished. Two examples: 1. We usually get an annual inspection with any necessary follow-up; so far in 2020 no thorough inspection.has been done 2. We are currently having some outside wood repainted. It was perfect... gentlemanly workers, good humored and helpful.
I don't think I could work with any other company after my fumigation experience with Ecola. It was a lot of work, I will be honest, and I don't want to do it again, however, they made a difficult job as easy as possible on my part. My questions were answered at anytime of day and I appreciate the honesty that was given. I signed up for their routine pest control and will cancel my old company. Thanks Ecola.
Fine, though I was surprised by how much of the cost was for preventive, rather than curative, borate treatment in the attic.

Great job of finding termites and getting rid of them safely for our environment. Work crew very experienced, tidy, and nice!
Complaint is about the customer service and first tech. This service was an appointment from a previous date were the tech would not stay about 30 minutes for us to leave the house. After talking with Jennifer who said she'd call back she never did. Then the worker was 45 minutes last to my next appointment and I had to call to find out what time he was coming. The woman I scheduled this appointment was wonderful and the woman who helped me find the tech was great too.
