Quick to respond to any request. Have almost no ant problems this year due to their timeliness in my service.
Initially I was not pleased because technician was supposed to advise me when he completed his spraying and he did not. I had to call ECOLA because I was not sure if he sprayed inside my garage. Made another appointment and had to wait 10 days between spraying in case he did spray. After speaking with the technician and assured he did spray, he sprayed again. I was pleased. I am not sure but believe Shaun was my techy.

We had an excellent experience with Ecola! Our service representative called in advance to let us know he was on his way. He spoke with us and listened to our concerns about exposure to our cats, he asked us about the types of pests we are seeing and explained clearly the procedure.
