It was wonderful from the first call I made to company. My house was infested by ants and your office staff totally made me comfortable you had the guy come to house and Spray and put bait and the ants were gone!! My Sister has used this company for 10+ years and I know I will too!
Our experience with the inspector you sent out (Jim Lintz) was great. He clearly knew what he was doing and was very thorough, which we appreciated so much. He was a great professional. Where the company needs improvement, however, is in its communications with its clients afterward. Your Customer Service staff is always extremely nice and polite, but the customer is often left hanging after requesting additional info or help from Ecola. The inspector was very professional, and explained the inspection process to me. He explained the results and any choices for prevention.
We needed crickets, which were outside of our house, fumigated before they entered our house. Cricket noise inside the house is very difficult for me to tolerate. We wanted a spray that was not too harsh on the ecological environment, and we needed to get rid of the crickets. Your company advertises ecologically friendly sprays that get rid of common pests. 2 weeks ago, your technician sprayed the outside area of our house and the inside of our garage (the garage had more of a problem with spiders). Robert is knowledgeable, polite and thorough. He has been our bug from day one and we wouldn’t want any other guy! The office personnel are very pleasant.
We had a guy come out to do a termite inspection, and another guy to do the treatment. Both were extremely professional and friendly. They explained everything to me in a way I could understand without getting too technical. Not to mention, every time I called the company the girls who answered the phone were always friendly and helpful. Their warranty package is amazing! I felt very confident in their services.
