Price point did not match property…quality for the price did not match. Much better kept up properties in the area for less money.
It must’ve been a beautiful building in its heyday. Still a beautiful lobby. A lot of construction going on but hopefully that’s a plus! It was clean. Bed was comfy. Never made it to the pool but it looked good. Breakfast, however, was a bit of a disappointment - coffee maker broken, waffle maker full of stuck on goo, no protein…. We left and went to McDonald’s.
Staff was excellent
Weekend getaway When first getting there we could not even get into our room so we had to change rooms. Pool closes at 9 but was well kept just no seating. Room had cockroaches when staff was notified all they stated was that they’d take care of it. Little over priced for the quality of the stay.
Most things ok. Clean, but hot tub not hot, spa not working, room key cards very difficult. Pool door not working. Staff said their system shows we owed $1.64 more but not sure why and didn't know what to do without a manager. People yelling at 2 to 3 am.
I loved the shower in my bathroom . It had a wonderful massage on it . Very relaxing
The front desk staff was very nice. The room was close to the parking area which was nice. The cost I thought was expensive but most rooms in the area was not available due to the State Fair. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet bowl was either dirty or very stained. The door to the room had a loose gap around the entire door so it didn't seem very secure. You could rattle the door back and forth. Thank you.
