Interesting We had a dead roach in our bathroom and burn holes in our sheet in the non smoking room. Also the new flooring wasn’t glued down so it slid.
My stay at the Truman Good hotel great rates friendly staff
One night stay Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable, but definitely on the more worn side. I was very unhappy to see an additional charge on the card I left for incidentals after we checked out. While not a large amount, I was told that booking through this app did not cover the change in cost of our room and that’s why my card was charged. I was not informed of this difference in price, and found the surprise charge in my credit card bill. I do not plan to stay here again.

Price point did not match property…quality for the price did not match. Much better kept up properties in the area for less money.
It must’ve been a beautiful building in its heyday. Still a beautiful lobby. A lot of construction going on but hopefully that’s a plus! It was clean. Bed was comfy. Never made it to the pool but it looked good. Breakfast, however, was a bit of a disappointment - coffee maker broken, waffle maker full of stuck on goo, no protein…. We left and went to McDonald’s.
Staff was excellent
Weekend getaway When first getting there we could not even get into our room so we had to change rooms. Pool closes at 9 but was well kept just no seating. Room had cockroaches when staff was notified all they stated was that they’d take care of it. Little over priced for the quality of the stay.
