Nice hotel, friendly front desk, good beds, the only thing I didn't like was the breakfast, gravy was very watery. Could have been just an off day.
Poor maintenance The front desk was helpful but it did clear the cut costs at every turn. The lobby was hot and uncomfortable. Complimentary toothbrush was so cheap that it shattered in several pieces inside the wrapper when trying to remove it. My shower was filthy and it appeared to not have been cleaned in years. The WiFi kept dropping. The exercise room equipment was damaged and unusable. All these things diminished an otherwise value of a hotel. If maintained, this property would have been very nice. It was a very short trip for us and the hotel suites our needs.
Missouri State Fair Stay I was quite pleased with this hotel. It is an older hotel but has had some renovations and is quite comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel staff was quite pleasant. I did not eat the breakfast as they did not offer individual packaged items like cream cheese, I don't feel a community cream cheese is acceptable or sanitary, other than that the breakfast looked acceptable. I would stay here again.
The riom was ok. But it seemed the cleaning people rushed you out of room.
Comfortable, great located hotel for the weekend. The room was clean and the hotel location was great. They have a nice pool area with whirlpool, steam sauna, bathroom and plenty of towels. The temperature in the whirlpool was okay if you enjoy warm water with low jet speed. The breakfast room had a great variety of warm and cold food and beverages.
