Underwhelmed While it wasn't really that bad... it just wasn't great. The room was clean when we arrived. The bed was big. There was this strange plastic cover under the sheets so every time we moved it moved and made lots of noise. It also kept slipping off. When we turned the heater on it smelled awful. Towels were limited. The wifi did not work and if you wanted to connect to it I was told I would have to come to the lobby and then walk back with my laptop. Odd. It was just underwhelming. Cheap stay.
State Square Dance Slept like a log in comfortable bed. Complimentary breakfast was the best.. Plenty of other free amenities.
Very. Nice hotel No parental guidance at the pool. We we also turned away from the breakfast bar at 845 am in the morning. ???? Hotel staff advised that breakfast ends at 830 am. I suggest these hours be extended.
Staff was not very friendly. Rooms did not seem clean and very out of date. Bedspreads looked old and grossed me out. Very loud in the hallways with doors opening and closing. Breakfast wasn't much... waffles, biscuit and gravy, cereal, and apples. Will pick another hotel in Sedalia next trip. Pool area was nice amd good central location.
It was perfect for us being both handicapped. We had a ground floor room right across from the pool and sauna. The staff was very friendly. We will use this motel again.

Quiet hotel close to the State Fair grounds. The lobby was impressive, but the rooms needed some TLC. We had two rooms and each needed a better cleaning. The lamp, alarm clock, and tv did not work in our room. We reported it to the desk and they had to reset the breaker 3 times. The room rate was high for the condition of the rooms. The restaurant, lounge, pool, and hot tub were a good experience. The hotel is very close to the State Fair grounds.
