Ed Brehm was amazing to work with! He was available, easy to get in touch with and felt he had my back. Not sure if it’s common place for a mortgage broker to get on the phone with a sellers realtor to help close the deal but that’s another example of how Ed stepped in. I just felt he was exception from the first phone call which he took on a Sunday afternoon to get me a preapproval letter for an offer.
