Howard the service manager had my 05 dodge pick up truck working the next day and called me back like he said he would . They have good technicians and Prompt service . They answered the phone very quickly. The dealership was clean, organized and very modern looking. Thank you

Sorry for long post: This was my first experience with them. I just bought a new to me pre-owned Subaru Certified 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. I was sitting in the parking lot of another dealership in Buffalo, where I test drove a new one the day before. Which wasn’t the best experience. When I came back from the test drive, they had to “Hunt” for the sales person and after we talked and when we thought we were not going to purchase it and were getting ready to leave he just disappeared.
