Found this dealer on cars.com after searching for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. They had the exact model my wife was looking for and an excellent price. I worked with Sam Caruso who was a tremendous help with my trade and handling of the trade. It was a 4.5 hour drive to the dealership but worth every minute. One of the easiest deals I’ve ever completed. I would highly recommend Sam and the dealership.

I am so grateful for Ed Shults of Warren and their service department. I’ve had an issue with my vehicle for weeks and I’ve had terrible luck with other mechanics. I brought my vehicle to the service department here and they were so nice and diagnosed my vehicle efficiently. The part I needed wasn’t in stock but they got on it and had it to their store in a couple days. The service department was prompt and efficient at trying to solve my issue with the Promaster. They contacted Chrysler but were not able to resolve the glitch in the Blind Spot Monitor system. This problem still needs to be addressed but the dealership was good at working with me.
