My husband and I recently bought a 2013 Toyota Rav 4 from Ed Shults of Warren and we were very pleased with the whole process thanks to our sales associate, Randy Beckstrom. Thanks Randy for the somewhat painless process. Too bad I couldn't have left with the Subaru Crosstrek which is what I really wanted. LOL Seriously, I do love my Rav 4 tho!!!!

Perhaps one of the smoothest buying experiences I've ever had. My vehicle broke down on Saturday and needed a new one ASAP. My brother put me in contact with Randy Elleman and we started the buying process Monday morning.
