ED and his team helped me from start to finish. I am a first time homeowner and had so many questions and concerns and Ed and his team answered every question that I had with no problem. I never had to wait long for a answer they were always on top of their game. They are a awesome team of people, very kind and treated me like family. Ed and Brandi were very helpful and keep me informed the whole process!!!! They took all the stress from me and constantly let me know everything was going to be ok. Even though some bad remarks came up on my credit they still had my back and let me know it was ok and it went through underwriting smoothly!!!!

We worked with Ed Stratton while purchasing our first home. Ed was constantly giving us updates and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He was extremely reachable at any time of the day and we even had several phone conversations around 8-9PM. He was willing to talk anytime and seemed to be interested in our best interest. I was searching for a home and found a lender that seemed to meet my needs, they talked a big game but in the end could not do what they promised so I got rid of them and by recommendation of my realtor we gave Ed Stratton of Waterstone Mortgage a shot. I was assured and promised the world and boy did he deliver. Ed and his crackshot team got my loan restarted where the last place left off and had me approved and in my home in just shy of 2 weeks which normally takes 45 - 60 days! I was in a bad situation with my credit and was abandoned by a lender. I got referred to Ed and he told me he would not abandon me. I am so happy and he was a trooper going through the nightmare with my credit score. I closed on my brand new home last week and I highly recommend him. Thank you so much

Working with WaterStone was wonderful. They walked me through the whole process and were there anytime I had a questions and responded to me quickly. Es Stratton, and the entire Waterstone Mortgage team, were phenomenal!! We partnered up on a cash out refinance earlier in the year; and decided to partner up again on the purchase of our dream vacation home.
