High promises and poor delivery - just excuses. Our 21 day escrow turned into a 53 day escrow thanks to Ed Woolery. Over time working with him revealed his true colors. He’ll wine and dine you up front then turn into a nightmare to work with once escrow opens. He showed truly unprofessional business ethics and a lack of follow through.
