High promises and poor delivery - just excuses. Our 21 day escrow turned into a 53 day escrow thanks to Ed Woolery. Over time working with him revealed his true colors. He’ll wine and dine you up front then turn into a nightmare to work with once escrow opens. He showed truly unprofessional business ethics and a lack of follow through. He had no transparency in his process and his entire team did not pick up phone calls from his lending clients, our buying agent, or even the selling agents.
