This far we have signed up and received our first application. The sign up process was a bit bumpy but the person that came out to do the application was very courteous and seemed to do a thorough job. Of course, it's too early to tell on how effective the application is working given it has only been a couple of days.

We have been using Edge Pest Control for almost two years now. Their employees are courteous and professional. They work around our schedule and have always been very conscientious about our special requests (i.e. not spraying around my gardens, bird feeders, etc., and securing our gate). I always appreciate a phone call prior to your arrival. In addition I feel you provide a thorough application, did a good job of identifying areas where wasps were making their home that I had not seen yet seen, and gave us an oral report of what they found.

Your rep called beforehand to let me know an arrival time. He arrived when he said he would. The man was very friendly, professional, and courteous. Performed the service quickly.
Technician Josh was very prompt, called a half hour before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. He reviewed their agreement and showed us a brief video. Then he got started with inspection and removal process. Very professional and great service!
