Friendly service today.
The removal of the larger wasp nests only scraped them down and left some residual nest of the wall. Hopefully in future visits this can be scrubbed. Additionally, the spray application could not be done due to the wind. Hopefully I have better luck on the next visit.

The servicing agent is courteous and concerned about any existing issues. A call is given before the service to make sure it's the right time for the customer. We're very pleased with EDGE.
The worker called ahead, showed up when he said, and did the work pleasantly.
