not much to tell. Service person arrived on time and did his job outside. Pest and mouse control is working.

Can't rate. Don't know what he did, and was here only about five minutes.

Did not spell customers name correctly even after correction.
Calls not returned for three days and counting
Still rodents after 8 months
For the amount of money you charge and the amount of time your serviceman takes to complete the operation, it is not worth it!!! I feel like I got suckered into your service and can't wait to get my contract completed. To begin with, I thought it was a one time operation and that it would not drag on for months. That"s what I get for not reading the complete contract and for signing the damned thing!

Very disappointed in Edge this time. Spotted a mouse in my house and the associate didn't look ANYWHERE in the house except for where one was seen. I would have expected Edge to inspect my house for other signs of mice. And as far as I can see only one outdoor trap was left- seems pretty inadequate. Additionally she was 50 minutes when I was told "be there in 30".
