This was my first visit. I received a very thorough cleaning. I also got X-rays, which evidenced problems that need further examination. It would have been good to get to see the doctor right away to know immediately the nature and gravity of these problems and what to expect the next time. Instead the member of the staff who did the cleaning scheduled another appointment for me, in a few days. I understand in this way the doctor will have the appropriate amount of time to diagnose. The denist I saw told the hygenist what was wrong and what I needed to come back for, but was ready to walk out the door before explaining it to me. Getting her to explain it properly was (forgive the expression) like pulling teeth and she seemed annoyed with me and treated me like I was simple-minded. I'm glad she's a temp, and hopefully I won't have to see her again. The staff were wonderful as always.

I was told how much I would need to pay for my next appointments, but not any financial options as questioned in #3.

Becky at the front desk is a wonderful individual. Greets you by name, always cheerful and friendly. Dr. Lisa Matisko was also very friendly, and informed me of my entire procedure and made sure I understood. Very knowledgeable and caring. I also received a follow-up call the next day to check on how I was doing. I did have a slight wait at the beginning of my appointment, but everyone was courteous and friendly and explained to me the reason for the wait (no problems!) The entire team is friendly and caring.
