I appreciated all the reminders about my appointment, but after the first few the rest were a little redundant. Perhaps 1 reminder a week before your appointment and 1 the day before your appointment would be enough
The staff (Judy, Marcy) that I had contact with were great.
Everyone at Edgewood Dental is so kind, courteous, and friendly. I've been seeing Marcie for years now, and every time I see her, it's like running into an old friend. I just wish I could talk more during the visit! Dr. Brown and Dr. Baroni are both thorough, quick, and thoughtful. My 8 year old daughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist!
I am quite familiar with the staff and consider them to be competent, friendly, and likeable. My dental 'situation' is that I have needed an still need extensive dental work to be done and I have the utmost confidence in this team.
