To clarify number 5, I am not sure the receptionist noticed I had arrived. After just a couple of minutes, she asked if someone had helped me (or something like that). So not a big deal. I never have to wait past my appointment time, which I appreciate. I have found the staff to be very pleasant and professional always. I also appreciate the modern feel. I would like to see Dr. Brown when I make an appointment with Dr. Brown. I am trying to get to know him as the folks who reccommended your practice reccommended him. But each time, it is always Dr. Baroni. I like Dr. Baroni too, but I signed up for Dr. Brown, so I should be told when that changes.
I love Edgewood Dental. I refer as many people as possible to the practice. I have always felt that my children and I have been so well taken care of and we actually look forward to our appointments so we can see Dr. Tom!
Everyone in the office is very professional, accommodating, respectful, fair and sincerely nice in every way. My dental insurance is a headache and the office staff manages to make it work. When I have had emergencies, I am seen very quickly. Most important to me is the high level of dentistry. I am confident that the dentists and hygienists, etc. are familiar with current dental research, and study and use the best practices.
