The younger male dentist introduced himself and said it was nice to meet me, and at no point remembered that he's worked on me 4-5 times over the past 2 years. He recommended I replace a crown, and then when he was doing the procedure he asked what made me decide to replace it... He did not check on the crown at this appointment or on my dental recession. With Jan having retired it seems like no one is taking time to read my chart and remember me and my history.
Wonderful team of Dr.’s, assistants, hygienists, and front office! Top notch, state of the art office! As a dental hygienist for the last 19 years, I can’t say enough about this wonderful office!
