I am giving 1 star because I cannot put 0. This has been surreal. Do not buy from this store. They will take your money and then yelled at you when you call to find out the status of your order. The lady that answer the call literally yelled at me and hang up the phone. The order was delayed more than 24 hours when I called to find out. I was never rude, I just wanted to know because I paid for same day delivery, and she treated me insanely rude. Unbelievably bad experience with this store. I placed an order on March 9 and after the person I ordered it for wasn't home, they made no attempt to set up a new delivery or cantact me or them about getting the order fixed. I submitted claims from the online portal 3 times and never heard anything back. Yesterday I finally called to get the story. I am very disappointed in the arrangement that I bought for delivery today. In the photo they show a white base with gold and spectacular fruit decoration, flower design, the arrangement came with another and the worst thing is that they only put lettuce and melons, a flower and nothing else! Where did the lettuce come from? I don't think it's fair that they show spectacular photos online and come up with what they can think of to get out of trouble. I will NOT buy again in that place. The fruits were delicious however the person who delievered the arrangements was very unprofessional & the way she was carrying it I couldn’t believe she was swinging it back & forward from the top it was so unpleasant.. but the arrangement it self was beautiful & the fruits were ready to eat!
Third year in a row getting my boyfriend a birthday treat and I’m never disappointed. The delivery is always smooth and presentation is always great. Happy customer!
