Outstanding customer service. Last week, we discovered our furnace and water heater needed to be replaced. I didn’t realize that our furnace was 37 years old. I contacted Gary from sales since I’ve worked with him in the past for my home and my mother’s home. Gary came, priced it all out, and explained the specs for both items. They swept the floor and cleaned up after they finished the installation. Since I did not have gas service in the house, yet they could not start up the unit. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed my new central air installation much quicker than expected. They were extremely clean throughout the entire process, using protective coverings, keeping all areas tidy, and cleaning up perfectly before leaving.
Excellent experiences from start to finish. Very happy so far. Oscar and Chris were our installers for our new furnace/air conditioning unit.
