Constructions in many spots of the district make it very difficult to be in and out. Hope it will improve in the near future.

This is a nice area to go for a date, coffee, or just hang. There are a variety of businesses that offer shopping, dining, pharmaceutical, and medical laboratory services.
I love that you can go to Doughnut Party (vegan options!) and then stroll over to MEC or Tommy Guns.

Always enjoy my visits to Edmonton's Brewery District but often forget that's where I am because it seems so little has-been done to promote that area and that part of Edmonton's history. T he e restoration is beautiful though you see very little of what the building was and it's reason for being considered historical. I also think a man made lake behind the shopping mall area would be awesome.
Aside of the ongoing renovations, it is a friendly park, unassuming. with several amenities, picnic tables|spaces, benches, some easy games (like grass-bowling) and performing areas as well. Of course you have the TELUS Science Centre, and the Observatory reminding you of its historical importance. Great park; very green, clean grass to walk barefoot and ground oneself.
